Homework
Today's assignment is to read this article and create an intelligent, thoughtful 1-2 sentence response (to be submitted as a Comment to this post) on whether or not a member of Slipstream-Chipotle will win a stage of the 2008 Tour de France and if so, who it will be and why. Flahute earns a bonus 10 points for posting an excerpt and link to the story on his blog. It's a little long but come on, it's dark and like 22 degrees outside so what else were you planning on doing this evening?

Yes, Julian Dean will quit being the best lead out man in the race and come around Tom "16 year old Bonin'" Boonen.

Assuming he can stay physically and mentally healthy, I think Tom D is going to ride very, very well at the Tour. A clean field will definitely give him opportunities.
I have to go with hometown hero Dave Z. If he can keep himself injury free, I believe he has another chance to win a stage.
In a time trial, Dave Z can beat anyone in the world. If his knee is right, he's the best bet.
How's that for a two page response? One sentence per page in a really big font.
Can we right a 1-2 sentence response on why something someone else said won't happen?
