Good luck Ron! It seems that even the conservative people of Utah like the status quo. The more radical the ideas, the more likely he would be a 1 term lame duck president. American people are too comfortable to go for radical ideas, regardless of how great they sound at the water cooler.
Follow-up: I actually agree with a lot of his ideas, but I'm afraid this Youtube phenomenon will go the way of lonelygirl15. He stands no chance among the Republicans, and since his supporters seem to be strongly anti-war it'll be interesting to see which party's chances he spoils as an independent.
