Here are a few pictures I took while pre-riding the Sundance ICUP course last Friday with Mark. I had never ridden any of the Sundance trails before and was blown away by the beautiful surroundings and majestic scenery. It was absolutely stunning! And, I might add, very single speed friendly. Both of us had a great time on our rigid 1-gears.

Looking for powder? Head east to the Catskills and the Poconos. Some
decent 24-hour totals out there, including 16.5" near Delhi.

The trails and scenery are tough to beat. Not a bad network to have in my backyard. The only thing that would make it better if it wasn't owned by Robbie Redford. Don't try and charge me $12 to ride up your trails for an hour or two. And don't give me dirty looks if I want to ride before 9am...
you pre-ride and don't race, saddened I am.
Weak in this one, the force is.
Yoda was always counseling Luke to complete his training before facing Darth Vader. By pre-riding and not racing I was doing nothing more than following the path to become a biker Jedi.
I could, however, use a bit more of the force in my legs. Unfortunately, I think I'm limited more by my low midichlorian count than anything else.
I know somebody who just got back from Columbia who might be able to hook you up with the dark side of the force.
Freaks.....
You must have found your own source of the force last night. You had an absolutely amazing race. The combo of 29er, rigid and SS brought it out in you. Pick a cog and head up to DV for a pre-ride, you need to race SS from now on.
